Dear Aspirants,

Directions (1 – 5): Study the following information and answer the questions followed:
M, N, O, P, Q, R and S are sitting in a single row facing towards south. Each of them has a week day-off from Monday to Sunday. The one whose day-off is on Monday is sitting third to the right of O. The person having day-off on Monday is the immediate neighbor of M and the person having day-off on Thursday. M is sitting second from the right end. S is sitting third to the right of N. The person having day-off on Thursday is sitting to the immediate right of Q. P doesn't have a day-off on either Saturday or Sunday. Sunday is the day-off of the person who is sitting at one of the extreme ends. The one whose day-off is on Friday is sitting fourth to the right of the one whose day-off is on Tuesday. R is sitting second to the left of the person having day-off on Sunday.
Explanation:
M is sitting second from the right end. The person having day-off on Monday is the immediate neighbor of M and the person having day-off on Thursday. So these two must be third and fourth from the right end respectively. The one whose day-off is on Monday is sitting third to the right of O. The person having day-off on Thursday is sitting to the immediate right of Q.
S is sitting third to the right of N. This can be arranged in the following ways:

Sunday is the day-off of the person who is sitting at one of the extreme ends. R is sitting second to the left of the person having day-off on Sunday. Hence R has day off on Monday.
The one whose day-off is on Friday is sitting fourth to the right of the one whose day-off is on Tuesday. So M has day off on Friday and O has day off on Tuesday. P doesn't have a day-off on either Saturday or Sunday. Thus case II is not possible. This means P is at the extreme left and has day off on Wednesday.
This can be arranged as:

1. What is the position of Q from the left end of the row?
